Aqua plays host to a superb selection of restaurants and bars with a choice of dining indoors or out. Our experienced Chefs create superb international cuisine complemented by local and international wines, all of the highest standard. Enjoy the finest cuisine made from a mouthwatering range of fresh and local seafood, beef, poultry, and exotic fruits.

Aquarius

Aquarius, the brookside restaurant, offers comtemporary day and evening dining in an indoor and outdoor setting.

Guests can start the day with a bountiful breakfast in Aquarius, overflowing with fruit juices, all things healthy and some of life’s indulgences, viewing the beatiful garden and the spacious swimming pool.

In the evenings, guests may choose from sumptuous daily varying buffets which appeal not only through the assorted dishes but also through the tasteful decoration.

Aquarius offers an excellent choice of appetising starters, salads, grills, deserts and fruits. Our highly qualified chefs cook a speciality in front of you every night. At Aquarius, variety and quality performs our buffet.

A true taste of Turkish cuisine awaits you at Aquarius where authentic local dishes are served. In the restaurant, the open grilling area pervails . Here, you may follow the preparation of grill and sea food dishes by our chefs.

Aqua Sun

Once our “Ballroom”, “Aqua Sun Restaurant” is now the place for midday food fest. Our guest can enjoy international cuisine and Turkish pastry between 12:30-14:00 hours. The menu of the lunch contains power boosters like fresh fruits to give you more energy for lying lazy on the sun beds. Also, Aqua Sun is the place where the five 0’ clock teas held with many delicious cakes and variety of ice cream to choose from.
 

Pool Bar

Various light snacks and refreshing juices are served to our poolside guests all day long.

Ada Bar

If sipping a cocktail on a botanic island while watching

the sun set over the lagoon is something you dream of, then Ada Bar is the place for you. A romantic and

beautiful setting to spend some precious hours nurturing your soul. Following the path through our gardens and passing the bridge over the brook you will arrive to Ada Bar,surrounded by the pond and palm trees.

Ada Bar is the focal point for guests to linger, visit,

meander, sip a coffee or cocktail, day dream or dance

under stars. Every evening we present themed nights such as Turkish Nights and Caberet Shows, full of

entertainment, together with a live band and dancing.
From 11.00 am to 05.00 pm Ada Bar offers a complete lunch of Mediterranean speciality; seafood, meats and a great variety of salads and burgers. It is aimed at servicing the pool area and the beach, offering refreshing drinks and cocktails as well as ice creams, various milk shakes and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Atruim Bar

Upon your arrival, you may enjoy a refreshing drink at the Atrium Bar where light lunches served in a unique setting and comfortable atmosphere. In the afternoon, this is the right place to enjoy an afternoon tea or coffee break sweetened by an assortment of fine pastry. Enjoy a cold beer with locals or play a game of pool in the air conditioned comfort. In the evening, it is a classic refined cocktail bar with live music.

Sports Bar

The perfect place for a refreshing drink containing

vitamins after your exercise. Due to its location, it

caters mainly to the visitors of our Health Club. You may choose from an assortment of sandwiches throughout the day.

Celcus Bar

Start your day at Celsus with croissants, bagels, pastries, fresh deserts and an assortment of coffees, teas and juices. It is the perfect spot for a quick bite with the newspaper or magazine of your choice. Sip a cappuccino or tea while watching the latest sports on the big screen.
