Our hotel has taken all the necessary measures against the Covid-19 virus, depending on the procedures and instructions regarding the Pandemic. These measures are adhered to meticulously in all areas our guests and staff use.

    We started our work in the light of the information given by the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Our work, which includes our entire team, starting with personal hygiene measures, continues with the taking of hygiene measures and disinfection processes, covering the entire facility. Our precautionary practices continue periodically. HOTEL AQUA is in close contact with all national and international institutions and organizations regarding Covid-19 measures and meticulously fulfills whatever is necessary to ensure the safety and health of you and our employees.

    Mandatory applications to be made in this context are as follows:

    At the entrance to the hotel, the temperature of all our guests is measured and recorded.

    At the entrance to the hotel, the HEPP code is queried and recorded.

    Guests and persons whose temperature is above the specified criteria, who have a risky HEPP code and who are in contact, will not be admitted to the hotel.

    It is obligatory for all guests, visitors, staff, and anyone entering the hotel to wear masks within the hotel areas.

    It is mandatory to use hand sanitizer and follow the social distance rule in all guest areas.

    After the check-in and check-out procedures, the luggage disinfection of the guests is carried out with the ULV device.

    Disinfection of guest rooms after cleaning is done with ULV device.

    Meals in the restaurant are open buffet and food service is done by the staff.

    Beverage service in bars and restaurants is done by the staff.

    A reservation is required in advance for the use of the spa center.

    It is obligatory to follow the social distance rule and wear a mask in participation in the activities.

    Isolation areas have been determined in order to ensure the safety of other guests and staff in the detection of possible cases and suspects related to Covid-19.

    Isolation areas will be used in possible and suspicious cases, and 112 Emergency Service and ALO 184 SABİM will be contacted.

    Changes implemented in our terms of service due to Covid 19 Measures:

    Due to the pandemic measures, the minibars available in the guest rooms will be filled only once and after being disinfected by the minibar staff before the guest check-in.

    Minibar content consists of water, carbonated drinks, beer, milk, and snacks. The service is included in the all-inclusive concept. (During the stay of the guests, the room attendant will continue to provide 1 bottle of water to the room once a day. All -inclusive drinks are offered free of charge at the Atrium Bar for 24 hours.)

    The capacity in accordance with square meters and social distance rules has been determined in all open and closed general and common areas. In accordance with the regulation, people are accepted at maximum capacity to the relevant areas.

    All services offered in the Spa Center are offered in accordance with the capacity limitation of the person. Our guests are required to make reservations in advance at the Spa center Reception to use the services.

    Sauna, Steam Bath, Ice Fountain, Turkish Bath (except for massage and scrub applications) services are free of charge. It is open to the use of our guests between 13:00-17:00 in accordance with the reservation and person capacity limitation.

    Use of the Gym service is free of charge. It is open to the use of our guests between 09:00-17:00 in accordance with the reservation and person capacity limitation.

    The use of the Indoor Pool and Spa Pool services is free of charge. It is open to our guests between 09:00 and 19:00 in accordance with the reservation and person capacity limitation.
